Bahan-Bahan:
- 230g coklat separuh manis (230g semisweet chocolate)
- 70g mentega tanpa garam (70g unsalted butter)
- 2 biji telur (2 eggs)
- 1 sudu teh esen vanila (1 tsp vanilla essence)
- 120g Gula Prai Gula Kasar (120g Prai Coarse Grain Sugar)
- 40g Gula Prai Merah Lembut (40g Prai Soft Brown Sugar)
- 60g tepung gandum (60g wheat flour)
- 15g serbuk koko (15g cocoa powder)
- 1/4 sudu teh serbuk penaik (1/4 tsp baking powder)
- 1/4 sudu teh garam (1/4 tsp salt)
- 1/2 sudu teh serbuk kopi (1/2 tsp coffee powder)
- Flakey sea salt
Bakar pada suhu 180c selama 8 minit. Bake at 180C
