Delivery Policy for 

At, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient delivery services to ensure your purchases arrive promptly and in excellent condition. This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery of products purchased from our website. 


1. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver to addresses within Malaysia only. 
  • Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer and may be subject to additional charges.


2. Delivery Options and Charges

  • Standard Delivery: 
    • Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia: 1 to 3 business days. 
    • Delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak): 5 - 7 business days. 
    • Charges: Standard delivery charges apply as per the service provider chosen.
  • Next Day Delivery: 
    • Customers may opt for Next Day delivery only if the orders are made before 12pm on the pervious day.
    • Next Day delivery are only available in Klang Valley areas. 
    • Charges: Next Day delivery charges will automatically be calculated during checkout.
  • Delivery Charges:
    • Starting from as low as RM8, charges will differ depending on the weight of the total order. 
    • Delivery Charges will be automatically calculated during checkout


 3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). 
  • Orders placed before 2pm will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 
  • Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to high demand. 
  • Pre-Order Items, will take 7-14 working days for the items to be delivered to your doorstep.


 4. Delivery Confirmation

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with tracking information. 
  • You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the email. 


5. Delivery Conditions

  • Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 
  • Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the package. If no one is available to receive the package, the courier may leave a notice and attempt delivery at a later time. 
  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery. 


 6. Delivery Issues

  • Delayed Delivery: If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible. 
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund. 


7. Special Instructions

If you have any special instructions for delivery, please provide them at the time of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
