At KedaiFGV.com, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. This Return and Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging food and non-food products purchased from our website.
1. General Policy
- Eligibility: Only items purchased directly from KedaiFGV.com are eligible for return or exchange. Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and labels. Items that are used, damaged, or altered may not be accepted.
2. Food Products
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns for food items unless they meet the criteria listed below:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a food product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description of the issue and include photographs if possible. We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
3. Non-Food Products
We accept returns and exchanges for non-food products under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Non-food items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged non-food product, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photographs. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect non-food item, notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
- Unwanted Items: If you are not satisfied with a non-food product, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Shipping: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
